Yes, with the Unidy app and your permission. When someone you’re connected with changes a detail they share with you, the contact in your phone gets the new one.
You allow the Unidy app once
The app asks first. Say yes once and it keeps your phone’s contacts current automatically. Turn it off in Preferences any time.
Only people you’re connected with on Unidy, only what changed
- Only the contacts in your phone of people you’re connected with on Unidy.
- Only the details those people share with you, and only the ones that changed.
- Their old phone number is replaced with the new one. Your notes, photos and anything else on the contact stay as they are.
When your phone’s contacts update
It updates when you open the app, when a notification arrives, or when your phone lets the app work in the background. Usually soon, though it depends on your phone.
Contacts saved from a digital business card don’t update
A contact saved from a digital business card with Save contact is a plain copy. Only contacts of people you are connected with on Unidy stay current.
